• 7.3 Members are not permitted to share or sell their account to any other party.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

MI88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or for reasonable operational reasons.

• 8.2 If an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the offence.

9. Limitation of Liability

MI88 is not liable for any losses suffered as a result of internet service disruptions, third-party equipment failures, or circumstances beyond our control. The platform is provided "as is" and we make every effort to ensure system availability and reliability at all times.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
